The former Arsenal forward has become the latest player to complete a move to Asia, joining a club that won promotion to the Chinese Super League last season
Gervinho has completed his move from Roma to Hebei China Fortune FC for €18 million (£13.7m).
The Ivory Coast international could cost the Chinese club a further €1m (£760,000) depending on his and his team’s performances in the Super League.
Gervinho, who has been capped 71 times by his national side, spent two seasons at Arsenal before joining Roma in 2013.
The 28-year-old has made 17 appearances in all competitions for Roma this season, scoring seven goals and registering two assists.
Hebei China Fortune came second in China’s League One last season and will begin the new campaign in the Super League in March.
